1. The frames of this series of container transport semi-trailers are all shot blasted. The entire frame is assembled and welded on a special positioning stand. It has reasonable structure, high strength and beautiful appearance.
2. A container tightening device is installed on the frame, which can load two standard containers of 40 feet and 20 feet. The four container tightening devices at the front and rear ends are of fixed structure, and the middle container tightening device is of hideable structure. When loading containers, the intermediate container locking device can be lowered below the level of the cargo platform as required.
3. Use mechanical bearing devices, mainly Baohua 12T, 20T; Fuhua 13T; JOST; and other types. Its function is to support the ground and bear the front load of the semi-trailer when the traction device is disengaged from the trailer. There are two types of support devices: single-action type and linkage type, which are mainly composed of support plate, screw transmission mechanism, reduction box and joystick. Suspension devices include single-axis suspension and double-axis suspension and three-axis suspension. The semi-trailer is equipped with two pairs of spare tire frames, which are installed on the left and right sides of the trailer frame, and are equipped with a spare tire lifter.
