3. When the powder tank truck is used for the first time, check whether there is water in the water tank of the diesel engine and whether the engine oil is sufficient. The diesel engine must be started and preheated for more than 5 minutes before the air compressor can be started to pressurize.
4. The diesel engine and air compressor should be maintained according to the maintenance instructions in the manual.
5. The continuous working time of the air compressor shall not exceed one hour, otherwise there will be a danger of burning the machine.
6. When loading, first open the two manholes, one in front and one in the back, and put the filter on the manhole for loading, then check whether the pressure relief valve, discharge butterfly valve and blowing aid valve are closed, and leave the tank after confirming that it is correct. Never stand on the top of the tank when feeding to avoid danger.
