During the subsequent meeting, the client requested specific customizations to suit Zimbabwean road conditions and operational needs, including:

1. Removable Timber Stakes (Pillars): Fitted onto the flatbed trailer to secure timber logs during long-haul transport.

2. Customized Company Branding: Personalized branding on the trailer rear for fleet recognition.

Our engineering team immediately updated the technical specs and PI on-site. Highly satisfied with the build quality and professional service, the client confirmed the order during the meeting and arranged the deposit payment shortly after returning.
